Choosing the dealer

To determine the dealer, each player is given a single face up card and the player who gets the card of highest rank becomes the first dealer. After the completion of the game, player sitting to the left of the first dealer becomes the next dealer and this goes on in clockwise direction after the end of each game.

Blinds

The game starts with forced bets called blinds. The player whose position is the immediate left of the dealer has to post small blind. The next player sitting to the left of the small blind has to post big blind. The big blind is double the amount of the small blind and the players have to start placing the bets on the big blind.

Dealing the cards

The river round

This is the last round in which each player receives one community card with face up and rest of the things are same as the previous round.

The showdown

If there are more than one player then showdown has to be started by the last bettor in the last round. In case, there is no such player, the player sitting to the left of the dealer has to start the show down. The player having the best hand wins the pot.
